Raiden is an online banking service that allows users to perform banking transaction with the mobile app.

Our aim is to create a user friendly mobile app that is efficient and meet the needs of the target users and make their experience seemless and without any painpoint.

We used the qualitative and quantitative type of research. An Interview script was used as a guide to a successful research. Follow up questions were asked to capture further details . Each particpant was interviewed using a google form which would only take approximately 5 -minutes to answer

Problem Statement

1. Customers want a platform to perform banking and top-up activities conviniently.

2. Users needs to navigate product conviniently.

3. Users do not wants to get charged for transactions and

4. Users want to be rewarded after completing transactions
